GemPages’ Sales Funnel feature now comes with Dynamic Offer - a new upgrade designed to deliver tailored offers to buyers based on their shopping behavior. 

While Dynamic Trigger gives sellers control over the way of guiding customers to your post-purchase funnels, Dynamic Offer ensures customers see the most relevant deals, boosting conversions and satisfaction.

 

What Are Dynamic Offers?

Dynamic Offer is a pre-set of conditions that allows you to display personalized post-purchase offers based on specific buyer order details. For example:

  • Offer any product in Collection A and priced over $1000
  • Offer any product in the store but priced under $500
  • Offer the most expensive or the cheapest product in buyer’s order

While Dynamic Trigger only works with the first type of Sales Funnel, Dynamic Offer works with both types. 

Landing in our editor, click “Create new funnel” and choose your suitable funnel. Moving to custom the offer, click on “Add product”.

There are two Offer types for you to pick:
  1. Specific offers: Display an offer with specific products that you choose. You can choose up to 4 products with different discounts of each product. 

  2. Custom offers: Display an offer with products that meet any conditions, personalized based on products in the store and in the order.

How to Custom condition for offers with GemPages

After conducting thorough research on customer behavior and seller needs in the market, we have distilled the information to present the four most user-friendly and common conditions as follows:

If you set up “Any product in collection” is “Jan new”, any 4 products from this collection will be randomly displayed on the post-purchase page.

If you set up Product in Collection is not “Jan new”, none of your product in this collection will be displayed at the post-purchase offer pages 

2. Any product price
  • Is greater than
  • Is less than
  • Is equal to
  • Is not equal to
  • Is greater than or equal to

Fill in your benchmark price 

3. Specific product
  • Is
  • Is not

Choose the specific product(s) to be displayed (or not) at the post-purchase page

4. *Product in order
  • Is the most expensive
  • Is the cheapest

Offer the exact product contained in the order with the most expensive or the cheapest price



Simple steps to config your offers

 

Sometimes, a buyer's order might not meet any of your conditions, but you don’t want them to leave with just one purchase, right? The solution is simple: set up a fallback condition!


You can select up to 4 alternatives, ensuring you don’t miss the chance to upsell and keep your customers happy.

 

* You can see the check box at the bottom of your setup screen saying "Do not offer purchased products". This checkbox will automatically be disabled when you choose condition "4. Product in order". However, if you check this box first, then choose the condition 4, the box will change to disable state.

What is “And” - “Or” in Dynamic Offer?

Additional condition to set up:

With the "AND" setup for your conditions, only products that meet all the specified criteria will appear on the post-purchase offer page.

With the "OR" setup, products only need to meet one of the specified criteria to be displayed on the post-purchase offer page. This means "OR" allows you to offer a broader range of products, which will be shown randomly.

Configure Discount And Shipping Fee For Your Offe

After selecting the condition for your post-purchase offer, proceed to edit the discount:

If you choose "No discount," the box next to it will automatically be disabled.

If you choose "Percentage," enter the value in the adjacent box. This will be the discount applied to your post-purchase offer.

Currently, setting up a shipping fee is not available. We’ll keep you updated on this feature.

    Design Your Post-purchase Offer Page

    Upon completion of the setup offer condition, you should design your page or create A/B Test for your offer.

    By clicking on “Edit page”, you will be redirected to the GemPages Editor. With the familiar interface, you can easily work on it.     What is GemPages Dynamic Offer?
    GemPages Dynamic Offer is a new feature that allows you to set conditions for the products displayed on the post-purchase offer page.

    Why set conditions?
    Imagine running a store with a large product catalog—you wouldn’t want to manually select each product for your post-purchase offer page. Setting conditions makes this process much easier and improves the shopping experience by displaying upsell products that are highly relevant to the customer’s recent purchase.

    How many products will appear on my post-purchase offer page?
    You can display up to 4 products on the post-purchase offer page. This number is fully configurable, from 1 to 4 products. However, if you set it to 4 and only 3 products meet the conditions, only those 3 will appear.

    What if no products meet my conditions?
    You can configure the system to offer replacement products if no products in your store meet the conditions. This setting also allows you to select up to 4 replacement products for the post-purchase upsell page.
