Please read this promotion policy carefully

This Promotion Policy sets forth the terms and conditions of the promotion made available by the GemPages application ("GemPages" “the Service” or "us" or "our") to you ("User" or "you" or "your"). By continuing to use GemPages, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Services. We reserve the right to revoke or discontinue our Services at any time without notice should these terms be violated or taken advantage of.

General Terms

From time to time, GemPages issues discounts, deals, offers, coupons, extended trials, (“offers”) available to support our users, partners, and merchants. Offers can be claimed through but not limited to clicking on promo links, coupon links, and discounts codes. All offers follow these general terms:

  • Only one offer can be applied per store domain unless specified otherwise

  • Offers are not valid with any other ongoing discounts, vouchers, and offers from GemPages or any other official or unofficial partner

  • Offers are not redeemable by cash, reward points, credit, goods, or third-party offers of any kind

  • Each offer has its own unique code and provides users with benefits of varying value. Users and partners have the right to select the offers that best suit their short-term and long-term needs and account status

  • Offers must be claimed by selecting a plan and successfully confirming payment with Shopify by the given deadline. Offers cannot be saved to be applied at a later date

  • If an offer has been activated on a store domain, the offer can not be substituted, exchanged, or replaced with another offer of any value (whether lower or higher, etc.)

  • We reserve the right to amend the terms or discontinue offers at any time

  • Should these terms and thereof Shopify’s are of conflict, those of Shopify shall prevail

Promotional Terms

NGOs & Education Partner 

Users applying this promotion must register to be approved Education Partner to enjoy 10% off Build and Optimize Plan for the first year (register now).

This offer is valid from April 1, 2021 onwards and does not expire unless otherwise specified.

Shopify Employee 

Store domains applying this offer must use a shopify_staff, shopify_alumni OR shopify_business account and the offer is applied automatically. Shopify employees as specified enjoy 50% Off all monthly plans for as long as their account is valid.

This offer is valid from June 1st onwards and does not expire unless otherwise specified.

Development Mode 

In case you are a Shopify partner in Shopify Development Mode, to support you in building your store prior to launch, you are granted access to the features of the Build plan at no cost. When you decide to go live and start selling, you will need to upgrade to the Build plan in order to publish all pages as long as the partner account is valid. 

If Shopify Partners upgrade to the Shopify Plan, their account will be switched to the Free Plan with limited features and a limited number of publications. To continue using the current functions, it is necessary to upgrade to at least the Build Plan.

This offer is valid from June 1, 2021 onwards and does not expire unless otherwise specified.

Special Affiliate & Agency Offer

This offer is reserved for partners on the waitlist and existing affiliate and agency partners where they can receive a commission per referred store. The offer is applied automatically. 

The details of the offer and the process are outlined in this article.

Annual Package Discount 

Users enjoy 20% off all Plan Annual Subscription for a lifetime.

The offer is valid from November 9, 2022.

Multiple Store Discount

We go through an extensive screening process to generate coupons for all applicable users and prevent misuse. The terms of the multiple store discount are as follow:

  • The promotions are valued at:

    - 10% off for the 2nd store

    - 15% off for the 3rd store

    - 20% off for the 4th store

    - 25% off for the 5th store and onward

  • Users can apply via the in-app pricing page and filling a form

  • Once users have been approved and issued coupons for their store, they are no longer eligible to use another offer regardless of the usage of the coupon

  • All store domains must be owned by you. If detected otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the offer / your subscription

  • We reserve the right to reject or approve users from receiving multiple store coupons

3. Promoting Our Offers

GemPages have put Partner Programs in place for affiliates, freelancers, agencies, developers, NGOs, education institutions, etc. to create win-win solutions for both parties. If you are interested in supporting us and promoting our offers on your public or private channels, we recommend that you join the program and earn a commission for your efforts. The details as to how GemPages should be promoted and discussed by each partner type are outlined in the partner agreement. Regardless of intention, you may not display our offers on public channels without our informed consent.

4. Limited Liability

GemPages shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or physical/mental injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or usage of offers, technical or telecommunications problems. If such problems arise, then we may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the offer(s).

5. Update Notice

We reserve the right to amend this Promotion Policy at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest update is displayed on top. Users are responsible to refer to this policy regularly for updated information.
