Can users customize post-purchase pages (upsell pages)?

Yes, users can design post-purchase pages using the GemPages Editor. All required components are natively rendered by Shopify, ensuring compatibility with all supported checkout browsers.

Is it possible to add custom HTML?

No, the upsell pages do not support custom HTML following Shopify guideline.

What payment methods are supported for the Sales Funnel feature?

Post-purchase upsell makes it easy for customers to accept without entering payment details again. It works with Shopify’s supported payment methods like Direct Credit Processors, Shop Pay, and PayPal Express, Shopify Payments.

However, it does not support other third-party payment methods that involve redirection to external websites or require additional authentication steps.

What is Sales Funnel pricing?

All plans can use the Sales Funnel, but with different upsell revenue limits:

 • Free and Build Plans: Limited to $100 in upsell revenue per month. If revenue is under $100, it resets monthly. If it exceeds $100, the funnel remains active until the end of the billing cycle, but will stop working next month => Upgrade to Optimize plan to avoid interruption!

 • Optimize and Enterprise Plans: No revenue limit! You won’t pay any commission on your first $1,000 in revenue. Once you exceed that amount, a fee of $10 will be charged for every incremental $1,000 in revenue.
• $0 – $1,000: No fee.
• $1,001 – $2,000: $10 fee.
• $2,001 – $3,000: $10 fee.
