Free Plan: This plan is perfect for beginners or those new to page builders. If you're not ready for a paid plan but want to create one professional-looking Shopify page with GemPages, our free plan is an excellent starting point.  

 

Build Plan: This is our most popular choice for Online retailers, Marketers, and Dropshippers seeking extensive customization beyond the Shopify theme limitation, running marketing campaigns, or testing winning products through a custom landing page.  

 

Optimize Plan: Our Optimize Plan is ideal for growing and profitable stores looking to optimize conversions, benefit from high-priority support, and access advanced features to scale your stores, such as Sales Funnels - Post Purchase Upsells.

How many pages can I publish with GemPages?

You can publish one page with the free trial, while all paid plans offer unlimited page publishing.

How does the free trial work? Can I try GemPages before paying?

You can try GemPages in the free trial before paying. It lets you create and customize one Shopify page at no cost, no credit card required.

What happens when I reach the plan limit?

Consider upgrading to a higher plan. Investing in the right plan ensures you continue to access the features and resources necessary for your business's growth.

Can I use one GemPages account on multiple Shopify accounts?

No. Each GemPages subscription is intended for one store. But if you have multiple stores, you can get up to 25% off. Request these discounts by contacting Customer Support.

How can I apply for the new multi-store discount?

To request a discount, please visit the Pricing dashboard in-app, scroll to the bottom, find the "Special offer" section, and click “Request discount".

For the first store (main store), you must be on an active GemPages subscription when registering for the multi-store discount. All participating stores must be on the Free trial. Can I add or remove stores after subscribing to the multi-store discount?

Yes, you can. Please contact our Customer Support for the updated subscription fees and application guidelines.

What happens if I uninstall GemPages?

Once GemPages is uninstalled, your personal sensitive information will be subject to erasure after two days. Your live pages will remain, although they may need to be fixed due to the absence of files, alterations to the theme, or access to core scripts from our server.
