Please read this refund policy carefully

This Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions of the termination of Services and money refund made available by the GemPages application ("GemPages" or "us" or "our") to you ("User" or "you" or "your"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.

Money-back Guarantee

GemPages provides a money-back guarantee for Build, Optimize, and Enterprise Plan Users within the initial thirty (30) days after subscription. If you deem yourself unsatisfied with the Services, and choose to end your subscription in the prescribed period, you will receive a full reimbursement for the amount paid.
Following the initial thirty (30) days, we only accept requests for refunds when major issues have occurred, leading to data loss or severe disruption with your GemPages account. Disputes in the following situations will not be taken into consideration.
  • You have changed your mind about the app

  • You bought it by mistake

  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the app

  • You ask for goodwill

  • You ask for refunds of prior months

We are not eligible if:

  • Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service.

  • Errors, mistakes, losses, damage or unauthorized access resulting from the use of third party products and services.

Plan downgrades: If you choose to downgrade from an annual GemPages package to a monthly package, Shopify system will automatically issue remaining unused days into app credit for you. Subsequently, a monthly subscription will be required to continue using GemPages. For further assistance, please contact our CS team at email and live chat

Payment Method

We provide payment via Shopify.

After the request is successfully submitted, we will get back to you via email to confirm the request and provide further instructions. The whole process should take around 3 to 5 business days. In the event of any unforeseen delays, please contact our Support team via email or live chat

Termination

GemPages may terminate your access to the Services, without notice in the event that: 

  • You fail to pay any fees due. See more details in Shopify’s Terms of Service.

  • You violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Your conduct may harm GemPages or others or cause GemPages or others to incur liability, as determined by GemPages at our sole discretion.

In such an event, GemPages shall not refund you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Additionally, GemPages may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then-current term.
