How to Use Funnelish on Shopify
Now, let’s go through the step-by-step guide on how to create a Funnelish account and integrate it with Shopify.
Note: Typically, you might be used to installing apps on your store through the Shopify App Store. However, as we mentioned, Funnelish is not listed on the Shopify App Store. Thus, you’ll need to add it manually through your Funnelish account.
Step #1: Create a Funnelish Account
Go to funnelish.com and you’ll see the option to create your account with a 14-day free trial.
Click on “Start Free 14-Day Trial”.
The signup process is quite easy.
You can simply sign up using your Google or Facebook account. Or just enter your full name and email address, and create your password.
As soon as you enter the details, you’ll see the welcome pop-up asking you to verify your email address.
Go to your email account and click on the link provided by Funnelish to confirm your email address.
Then, you’ll see another welcome pop-up. It’ll have two CTAs (Calls to action): “Create your first funnel” and “Choose a plan”. Also, you can click on the link given to join their private Facebook group.
You can just simply close the pop-up to explore the dashboard and settings.
Step #2: Install the Funnelish App on Shopify
Now that our Funnelish account is ready, we’ll proceed with its integration into Shopify. To do so, go to the Settings button on the top right corner of the Funnelish dashboard and click on the Integration button.
You’ll see the option of Shopify in the list of integration options available on Funnelish. Click on the Shopify block/tab.
Then, insert your Shopify URL (e.g., example.myshopify.com), without slashes, under the box — “Your store domain name”. Once inserted, press the Connect button.
You’ll be immediately redirected to Shopify admin and you’ll find the option to install the Funnelish app. As the Funnelish app is not officially listed on the Shopify App Store, you’ll find this warning that says, “This app hasn’t been reviewed”.
But it’s totally up to you to install the app anyway — and you can proceed with the installation by reviewing the access permissions and clicking on the Install button.
As soon as you hit the Install button, you’ll come back to the Funnelish configuration page. As shown in the below screenshot, the Funnelish app is now connected to Shopify.
Lastly, click on the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the sidebar.
And that’s it for the integration!
As you can see, the toggle button next to the Shopify tab shows on, meaning, your Funnelish account is now integrated with Shopify.
